Erik Westerberg graduated with a law degree from Stockholm University in 2012 and shortly thereafter began his legal career at Law Firm W&Ö. He became a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 2015 and was made a partner at Advokatfirman W&Ö in 2017.

In 2019, Erik founded Avans Law Firm, where he has since primarily focused on construction law, general business law, and economic family law. In addition to this, Erik has extensive courtroom experience as a defense attorney, plaintiff’s attorney, and special representative for children, and he continues to handle assignments in these areas. He also acts as a public defender in cases related to forced custody and migration law.
