Chris Karkout is currently pursuing a law degree at Stockholm University and is expected to graduate in 2025. Her studies include advanced courses in witness psychology, intimate partner violence, human rights, and migration law.

Since 2023, Chris has worked as a legal assistant at Avans Law Firm, supporting the firm's lawyers across various practice areas. She has gained particular experience in criminal law, migration law, and social law (LVU). In addition to her role at Avans, Chris has contributed to non-profit organizations such as Stockholms tjejjour and Barnombudet, providing legal advice to individuals in need. In addition to Swedish and English, Chris also speaks Arabic.
