Andrea Stomberg graduated from Stockholm University in 2016 and began her legal career at the Swedish Migration Board’s asylum examination unit, where she laid the foundation for her specialization in migration law. She further honed her expertise as a legal advisor at the Stockholm Administrative Court, handling a broad spectrum of migration law cases. In 2020, Andrea transitioned into private practice as an associate lawyer at a Stockholm-based firm, where she deepened her focus on migration law, completing her comprehensive legal training.
Since 2023, Andrea has been a part of Avans Law Firm, where she works across all areas of the firm. She primarily handles criminal cases as a plaintiff’s attorney and special representative for children, as well as cases in family law, migration law, and social law.
Andrea has extensive experience managing complex and sensitive cases involving threats, sexual violence, and issues related to honor. She is deeply committed to helping individuals in challenging and vulnerable situations, with a particular focus on supporting children and young people who have been victims of crime.
